Preamble
Leo Anthony Cullinan (March 31st, 1988 – June 19th, 2023) was an American white supremacist, convicted oxycodone dealer, attempted fascist fitness influencer, and neo-Nazi. Cullinan was also an ex-felon, having to his own admission spent over seven years in prison.
Cullinan was the first New Hampshire regional lead for the Nationalist Social Club of New England. Though he purported an aversion to other neo-fascist groups (specifically Patriot Front), he was still in lockstep behind Chris Hood and NSC-131, a neo-Nazi organizer whose curriculum vitae includes a large amount of experience with Patriot Front and an organization whose model is largely lifted from Patriot Front respectively.
Cullinan resided in Manchester NH at the time of his death, and was previously of Londonderry NH.
He posted to Telegram under the @PurePower_88 account. He was, if nothing else, a worryingly prolific poster, and operated a number of antisemitic Telegram channels.
This dossier’s remit revolves around collecting information about Cullinan and cataloging his major activities, thus forming a foundational knowledge base composed from an antifascist perspective. As with the other dossiers, changes since last revision will be highlighted as such. Notes and citations will be provided throughout the document in the form of links to external websites, represented by bracketed numbers. Wherein a set of brackets contains a symbol other than a number, this is meant to represent either a physical document with no online copy (such as a police report or court case), or a database that cannot/will not be cited in a specific manner (such as the social media accounts operated by known fascists). Find these corresponding citations in the “External citations” section.

Timeline of activities
2007
Sometime in August, Cullinan and Christopher Gagne robbed a home in Derry NH. One of the items they stole from the home was a handgun; two days later, Gagne, accompanied by at least four others, used said handgun to kill Jason Violette of Derry NH during a robbery of Violette’s home. [1] [2]
2009
Sometime in April, Cullinan was indicted on charges of armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, in the theft of the firearm that was used to murder Jason Violette. Despite freeing himself on bail, Cullinan, a moron, continued with his ill-advised extracurricular activity of selling narcotics. In drug exams stemming from this arrest, Cullinan tested positive twice, in July and August later that year, for opiates and oxycodone. [1] [2]
On June 23rd, Cullinan sold oxycodone to an undercover DEA agent. He reportedly left behind a switchblade after the sale. [1] [2]
On July 23rd, Cullinan once again sold oxycodone to an undercover DEA agent. [1] [2]
On September 4th, Cullinan was arrested by undercover officers in Salem NH for possession and transportation of a controlled drug, and possession of a firearm. Cullinan reportedly attempted to sell the officers a bag of Skittles in lieu of oxycodone. He would be held in the Rockingham County jail, likely until his trial. [1] [2]
2010
On January 25th, Cullinan pled guilty to charges of distribution of oxycodone and conspiracy to distribute oxycodone. His sentencing was scheduled for April 23rd. According to Cullinan himself, he spent seven-and-a-half years incarcerated afterward. [1]
2020
From March 6th to 7th, Cullinan attended the Arnold Strongman Classic in Columbus OH. Photos he later posted to his Telegram accounts indicate he spent time getting photographed with strongmen Bobby Thompson, Martins Licis, and Hafþór Björnsson, that year’s champion.
On August 10th, Cullinan appeared on the Falling Dominoes podcast, during an episode titled “Detractors, Operatives, & Opportunists.” [summary pending]

On July 19th, Cullinan registered the original version of his Whites Against Loxism Telegram channel. [∗]
On July 28th, Cullinan randomly boosted Alabama-local Patriot Front propaganda from one of his Right Wing Dumbbell Squad accounts. [Speculative: It stands to reason that, given his latter statements on hating Patriot Front, he attempted to join. It also stands to reason that his potential membership wouldn’t have survived a namesearch, given his history as a drug dealer.] [∗]
On August 9th, NSC protested outside of the Nashua Board of Education building. Cullinan was present. [∗]

On February 23rd, antifascist researcher “Garfield but Antifascist” released identifying documentation on Cullinan. [1]
On March 20th, NSC attended the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in South Boston. They remained until local documentarian-activists & performance artists Rod Webber & Lauren Pespisa pointed out to other parade-goers that NSC were, in fact, neo-Nazis. Cullinan attended unmasked, and at one point stopped to take a photo with a local who seemed to recognize them. He also seemed to have left the parade before the bulk of NSC did, possibly to bail out Hood, and was not present when members of NSC later assaulted Webber and Pespisa. [1] [2] [3] [♣]
Cullinan in Boston MA, March 2022 |
On May 1st, Cullinan was among a handful of NSC members surveilling May Day proceedings in Manchester NH. At one point they followed a local activist as they left; Cullinan was recorded vandalizing the vehicle. [∗]

Cullinan in Boston MA, May 2022 |
On June 1st, Cullinan registered the third version of his Right Wing Dumbbell Squad Telegram channel. [∗]
On July 17th, NSC posted a video to one of its Telegram channels. In this video, someone driving a vehicle near the Fisher Auto Parts shop in Manchester NH commits some drive-by transphobic verbal harassment. The harasser is almost certainly Cullinan, given the voice and locale. [∗]
On July 20th, NSC posted a video to one of its Telegram channels. In this video, someone driving a large black pick-up truck passes by the front of the Manchester NH DMV in order to commit further transphobic verbal harassment. The harasser is certainly Cullinan, given the voice, vehicle, and locale. [∗]
On July 23rd, several members of NSC held a flash rally outside the Loring-Greenough House in Jamaica Plain MA, in response to a Drag Queen Story Hour hosted by local drag performer Patty Bourrée being held at the local Boston Public Library Branch. Cullinan was seen speaking to BPD officers. While leaving the protest, NSC founder Chris Hood was arrested by BPD. Later that day, Cullinan and fellow NSC member Austin Conti were recorded by local documentarian-activists & performance artists Rod Webber & Lauren Pespisa bailing Hood out of jail from BPD Precinct E-5; Webber appeared to get Cullinan to confirm that Hood was with Patriot Front on their July 2nd march through Boston MA. [1] [2] [3] [♣]
Cullinan in Boston MA, July 2022 |
On July 30th, Hood led Cullinan and roughly ten members of NSC in banner-drops in Portsmouth NH, Dover NH, and Providence RI. While in Portsmouth, members were confronted by local police; Cullinan did his goon thing and chided cops for interfering with NSC’s rights to “free speech.” Hood and Cullinan would later be charged with trespass and civil rights violations by the New Hampshire Attorney General for the Portsmouth banner-drop. These charges would later be dismissed. [∗] [1] [2]
On August 7th, NSC disrupted a Drag Queen Story Hour at the Harbor Way Paseo in Boston MA. Cullinan was present, if late. [∗]
On August 13th, roughly 20 members of NSC held a standout in Nashua NH, protesting the murder of Julie Graichen by Jose Miguel Ramirez-Vasquez. Cullinan was present. [∗]
Cullinan in Nashua, August 2022 |
On September 3rd, Cullinan claimed he and a friend of his were assaulted by unknown parties in Manchester NH. Cullinan claimed that he was struck in the head with a weighted stanchion, that he struck his head again on the concrete floor as he fell, and that he was then kicked repeatedly while on the ground by multiple people. EMTs brought Cullinan to Catholic Medical Center, where according to intake records he became unruly and verbally assaulted members of staff. They subsequently refused him treatment, and Cullinan was transported to Parkland Medical Center in Derry NH. A medical evaluation conducted by staff at Parkland Medical determined Cullinan suffered from a minor nasal bone fracture with no displacement, some degree of nasal septum deviation, and a cranial laceration, but no skull fracture, and that he showed some clinical indication of having a concussion. From here on, Cullinan would harass and stalk several members of Catholic Medical’s staff, putting a number in genuine fear for their safety. [1] [2] [3]
On September 10th, Cullinan called a security officer at Catholic Medical Center, in order to demand both information about one of the members of staff who ejected Cullinan on the 3rd, as well as video surveillance footage of Cullinan’s discharge. When the security officer refused to comply and identified Cullinan by name, Cullinan threatened to meet him outside the hospital. [1]
On September 25th, Manchester PD issued an arrest warrant for Cullinan, for one charge of stalking associated with his conduct toward the staff of Catholic Medical Center, as well as two counts of criminal threatening according to Cullinan. [1] [2]
On September 29th, Cullinan was arrested on the aforementioned warrant by Manchester NH police. Social media posts made around the time, which featured a snippet from Hillsborough North Superior Court’s online dockets, indicate that there was also a drug possession charge attached to the arrest. [♠] [1]
On November 9th, Cullinan registered the second version of his Whites Against Loxism Telegram channel. [∗]
On December 10th, NSC attempted to disrupt a Drag Queen Story Hour in Fall River MA. Antifascists prevented Cullinan and a handful of other members from entering the library. At one point Cullinan approached and spoke to John Medlar and his cadre of Proud Boys, who were also protesting the event. [∗]
Cullinan in Fall River MA, December 2022 |
On December 20th, the “NSC131 VIDEOS” Telegram channel released a compilation video. Featuring several video clips of members’ violence toward antifascists in Jamaica Plain MA, West Roxbury MA, Manchester NH, the compilation also features a brief clip of the Nationalist Social Club’s New Hampshire regional lead Leo Cullinan giving chase to whom appear to be a handful of members of Patriot Front Network 7, including someone who appears to be NW7 Scribe Alex Beilman. It is unknown how long before this video’s release or where this attempted brawl occurred; details in the video suggest a parking lot in New Hampshire during the summer. It is also unknown what occurred after the camera stopped recording, and how severe the violence got. [Speculative: What is more certain is that NSC appears to be more proactively and directly violent against neo-fascists, who are ostensibly on their own side, than they are against their perceived enemies. The closest comparable event, the stalking and assault during May Day 2022 in Manchester NH, resulted in property damage.]
On December 23rd, Cullinan filed a federal lawsuit against Catholic Medical Center and Manchester NH Police Department, claiming violations of EMTALA, RICO, HIPAA, and other rights both civil and constitutional. This appears to be an extension of his harassment campaign against the staff of Catholic Medical. The complaint itself, which seems to have been penned by Cullinan’s brother Jonathan alone and may have never crossed a lawyer’s desk for editing purposes, discloses several health conditions (found in Paragraph 17 of the “Statement of Facts” section) that Cullinan may not have been aware would become a matter of public record after the filing of said complaint. Cullinan received an Answer to Complaint from Manchester PD’s lawyers on January 30th. [Speculative: If I’m interpreting this reply correctly, it seems to exude a lot of “I can’t believe I have to write a reply to this nonsense” energy.] [1] [2] [3]
2023
On January 14th, NSC disrupted a Drag Queen Story Hour in Taunton MA. Cullinan was present, and recorded as one of the members who entered the library to disrupt the reading. [∗]
On January 17th, Cullinan and Hood were charged by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office for trespass regarding a banner-drop members of NSC conducted in Portsmouth NH during July 2022. These charges would be dismissed later this year. [1] [2]
On February 6th, Cullinan was arrested for striking a law enforcement officer while in police custody in Goffstown NH. [1]
On March 1st, Cullinan and Hood appeared in Rockingham County Superior Court, claiming they could not find legal representation in New Hampshire, and petitioning to allow William Gens, an attorney out of Massachusetts, to represent them in court. Cullinan, wearing a prison jumpsuit, appeared to have lost a significant amount of muscle weight while in jail. [1]
On April 27th, Cullinan and members of NSC handed out PINE flyers at a Trump rally in Manchester NH. [Speculative: NSC’s PINE Initiative, or “People’s Initiative of New England Initiative,” appears among other things as a means to end-run the temporary restraining order against NSC’s usual activities in New Hampshire issued by the local attorney general.] NSC was confronted by documentarian-activist & performance artist Rod Webber, Black Lives Matter activist Antuan Castro Del Rio, and erstwhile Libertarian Party presidential candidate Vermin Supreme. [∗] [1]
On May 6th, members of NSC in PINE garb cleaned up parks around separate statues of Hannah Duston in Boscawen NH and Haverhill MA. Cullinan was photographed as present, walking a pit bull of unknown ownership. [∗] [1]
On June 5th, Rockingham County Superior Court Judge David Ruoff dismissed charges against Cullinan, Hood, and NSC, citing the overt broadness of the application of statutes by Attorney General Formella against the defendants. [1]
On the morning of June 19th, Cullinan passed of a methamphetamine and fentanyl overdose in his Manchester home. Local fire and police were dispatched to his address after he was found not breathing. Later that day, NSC circulated a memorial announcement for Cullinan on their social media channels. Hood would later start up a GoFundMe, purportedly to collect for Cullinan’s funeral expenses. Beliefs
Cullinan was virulently anti-semitic and demonstrably transphobic. He believed in the great replacement and white genocide conspiracy theories, laying the responsibility for both at the feet of Jewish folks; one can ungenerously assume his aggression stems from a place of mortal fear and existential terror, as well as the steroids. He bandied about the term “loxism,” a pejorative term that represents a bad-faith accusation of indiscriminate hatred of white Europeans by Jewish people, and has a handful of Telegram channels dedicated to opposing the “loxism” that is certainly a post hoc justification for his antisemitism.
Cullinan was a reader of Kevin MacDonald and Oswald Mosley. More specific entries in his library included Ford’s “International Jew,” known forgery “The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion,” and of course Hitler’s “Mein Kampf.” Cullinan occasionally quoted Hitler in various Telegram posts.
Cullinan occasionally penned exhausting screeds outlining his opinions on fascism, gun control, and other topics, which we will not reproduce here in their entirety.
Quotes
Quotes from any member of NSC are to be taken with a grain of salt, given the need to maintain nonviolent optics and the willingness to contradict their practical actions with their party line. The more noxious slurs will be redacted. Typing errors will not be corrected. Content warnings for antisemitism, transphobia, homophobia, et cetera.

Personal life
Cullinan was a patron of the Zoo Fitness in Manchester NH, though he had occasionally also trained at ACE Fitness in Littleton NH. [∗] [1]
Sometime before August 2022, Cullinan indicated via Telegram that he had some degree of affiliation with the Outlaws Motorcycle Club. This included Cullinan sharing a pair of photos of him drinking from a deer skull, at what he claimed was an Outlaws clubhouse. He also indicated some degree of familiarity with MC politics, claiming that the Outlaws and the Hell’s Angels were engaged in a peace treaty, in preparation for the Mongols Motorcycle Club attempting to make headway into New England. [1]
Online presence
Cullinan operated a number of channels over Telegram. Currently active are Right Wing Dumbbell Squad in its third incarnation, and Whites Against Loxism in its second. He also maintained the Telegram channels Fascist Action Coming Through, Aryans Dismantling Loxism/I Love Hate Speech, and possibly Wignat Aesthetics, all of which have been deactivated by Telegram.
