Preamble
Stephen Thomas Farrea (born October 20th, 1989) is a self-described white nationalist & identitarian, disgraced U.S. Marine & military veteran, residential rental landlord, and neo-Nazi. Farrea is a member of the Nationalist Social Club, and was previously a member of both the Massachusetts chapter of Identity Evropa (before the organization’s collapse) and what would later become the 2nd district of the Asatru Folk Assembly. As of May 2024, Farrea has been arrested and charged under Rhode Island’s possession of child pornography statute. A father of a number of children, including a six-year-old daughter at the time of his arrest, it is unknown to the general public whether or not Farrea’s particular material is homemade. Farrea’s current residence is in Portsmouth RI, and he previously lived in Newport RI. His rental properties, composed of six units divided amongst two buildings, are located in West Warwick RI, on Phenix and Gough & Potter Avenues. [1] [2] [♣]
His Identity Evropa monikers were “TomPerry” and “SuperTomPerry.” He used the name “Thomas Iobhar” on Google Reviews.
This dossier’s remit revolves around collecting information about Farrea and cataloging his major activities, thus forming a foundational knowledge base composed from an antifascist perspective. As with the other dossiers, changes since last revision will be highlighted as such. Early Life
According to Farrea, he was homeschooled, raised Catholic, and is of mixed Portuguese-Irish descent. He also reports “Green Eggs & Ham” as his favorite book during his childhood. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
Farrea also claims to have been pro-Obama and reluctantly pro-McCain sometime before joining Identity Evropa. This contrasts against his politics while he was a member of IE, wherein he expressed support for Trump and other extreme right-wing politicians. [1] [2] [3] [4]
Timeline of activities
While the Nationalist Social Club has held a large number of events throughout New England that more likely involved Farrea than not, attempts will be made to only include events where proof exists Farrea may have been present, whether by his own admission or through plausible identifications of him through NSC’s own propaganda materials.
As Farrea is known to rent his properties to identified neo-Nazis, information regarding his purchases of residential rentals, as well as associated evictions, will be tracked in this section alongside his activity as a neo-Nazi.
2017
Sometime during October, Farrea joined Identity Evropa. He later claimed that an article about IE founder Nathan Damigo, a Marine and Iraqi War veteran who helped plan Unite the Right in Charlottesville VA, played a part in inspiring him to join. [1] [2] [3]
On December 11th, Farrea made his first post in Identity Evropa’s “Nice Respectable People Group” Discord server. He immediately requested that anyone in the New England area message him, and appeared eager to meet with other local members. [1]
2018
On February 26th, Farrea made his first post in Identity Evropa’s “Literature Club” Discord server. He offered Mark Dice’s “Fake News” as a reading recommendation, which he later admitted he had not yet read. [1]
On March 4th, Joseph Henry Dunsmore a/k/a “Joe MN” implored that IE members leave positive reviews for Clubhouse Jager in Minneapolis MN, after it was revealed that the owner had made donations to David Duke. Farrea claimed to have left a review later that evening. Antifascist researcher “Antifash Gordon” later used this post and the review Farrea wrote to link him to his real life identity. [1] [2] [3]
On August 23rd, Farrea revealed to the “Nice Respectable People Group” server that he lives in Portsmouth RI. This served as an aid in his identification when logs of Identity Evropa’s Discord servers were leaked in the next year. [1] Later this day, Farrea also posted for the first time in Identity Evropa’s “MacGuyver – Skills & Academics” server, recommending Graham Stephan’s Youtube channel for advice on purchasing homes. [2]
On August 30th, Farrea revealed he’d be unable to attend a November meetup with other Identity Evropa members on account of having to attend a Marine Corps Ball instead. His wife would later post photos of the event to her social media. [1] [2] He also solicited advice on how to convince his wife to join IE, and offered to talk to the husband of IE member Jacalyn Grace Thomas a/k/a “Nitrodubs” in order to convince him to join. [3] [4] [5] Advice on pressuring his wife to join IE would be a recurring ask for Farrea in the IE chat. [6]
On August 31st, Farrea offered to purchase Oakley sunglasses for IE members using his military discount. [1]
On September 28th, Farrea thanked IE members for making purchases on his wife’s baby registry. He then claimed he “can’t wait to see [his daughter]” as “second generation IE.” [1] [2]
On November 1st, during a weekly server-wide “fireside chat” with IE leader Patrick Casey, Farrea claimed he had gotten “GingerRose99,” a Youtuber from Oregon, to join IE. [1] [2] He later posted a photo of his wife posing with several flags, including a Gadsden flag and a III%er flag. [3] [4] He also posted photos his wife took of his daughter playing with a leaf, which we will not duplicate here. [5] He claimed that he would be trying to have another child, save that he would soon be deploying to Japan with his Marine unit. [6] [7] He also claimed, in conversation with Sarah Dye a/k/a “Volkmom,” that he had been a member of the Asatru Folk Assembly for eight years previous to marrying his wife. [8] [9]
On November 7th, unidentified member “GingerRose99” joined the “Nice Respectable People Group” Discord server. In her initial post, she claimed that Farrea paid her membership dues for the year. [1]
On November 9th, Farrea posted a screenshot of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, a PS4 military shooter, that included the handles of himself and his wife. He asked other IE members to feel free adding the both of them. [1] [2]

On December 14th, Farrea made the first post of his to be tracked in Unicorn Riot leaks of Identity Evropa’s Slack server, specifically in the “#new-england” channel, asking about meeting up with members in Massachusetts. He was far more active in this channel than any other on this particular server, and again appeared eager to meet with other local members. [µ]
On November 15th, during a weekly server-wide “fireside chat” with IE leader Patrick Casey, Farrea mentioned that he thought James Allsup, an American white supremacist who at the time was an officer in the Washington State Republican Party, would make a good IE member. Two members then point out that Allsup was in fact a member, going by the handle “canadianwall.” Farrea then described Allsup as a “role model,” which he would echo a handful of times in future conversations. [1] [2] [3] Later during this fireside chat, unidentified IE member “Max White” would quote Casey as saying “Keep posting on discord. You have nothing to worry about.” [Speculative: This is an excellent example of irony!] [2]
On November 22nd, Farrea implied he was a member of Steven Crowder’s “Mug Club.” [1]
On November 29th, Farrea indicated he wrote a letter to President Trump, and had put off sending it for lack of finding a good photo of Trump to send to the man himself. [1] He also posted a story, about a friend of his planning a possibly fictitious bombing, which Farrea “got a huge kick out of,” and which mods chose to delete. [2]
On December 20th, Farrea mentioned he and his wife were preparing to close on a 3-unit home to be used as a residential rental. [1]
On December 21st, Farrea made the first post of his to be tracked in Unicorn Riot leaks of the “#general” channel of IE’s Slack. He did not post in this specific channel again until March 1st of next year. [µ]
2019
On January 4th, Farrea purchased a three-family home on Gough & Potter Avenues in West Warwick RI. He rented this to residential tenants as a source of income. [1]
On January 7th, Farrea posted a Zelle receipt in the “#new-england” channel of IE’s server, indicating that he purchased tickets for himself and his wife for Identity Evropa’s annual “Leading Our People Forward” convention, to be held out of Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park in Burkesville KY from March 8th-10th. This receipt indicated that Farrea held an Active Duty Checking account with the Navy Federal Credit Union at the time of the transaction. [1] [µ] [2]
At some point before January 21st, Farrea joined Identity Evropa’s “Leading Our People Forward” Slack server. This server was intended for coordination of travel to, lodging near, and participation in their annual convention. [µ]
On January 21st, Farrea posted about booking a flight to Nashville International Airport, a rental car, and a room at the Hebdricks Creek Resort in Burkesville KY in the “#offsite-lodging” channel. [µ]
On January 26th, Farrea indicated that he was familiar with a number of people in Rhode Island interested in joining Identity Evropa. He cited a specific person who was seeking out a career in law enforcement, and was thus “avoiding activism.” [1]
On January 28th, Farrea posted in the “#transportation” channel of IE’s “Leading Our People Forward” Slack, offering to pick up anyone arriving at Nashville International during his rough arrival time. He also mentioned to IE member Barbara Jean Palmer, a/k/a “celticflame,” that he lost $400 to his chosen airline due to a flight booking error on his part. [µ] [1]
Sometime between the previous event and March 3rd, Farrea switched his Slack icon to an image of himself, face unobstructed, holding a baby whom is presumably his daughter. [µ]
On or around February 22nd, Farrea and his wife hosted a meetup with Identity Evropa members Jason Paul LaGuardia, a/k/a “Jason CT,” and “Josh RI” at their home in Portsmouth RI. LaGuardia and “Josh RI” thanked Farrea personally over the “#new-england” channel in IE’s Slack on the 23rd. Farrea corrected both guests’ misspelling of his wife’s name. [µ]
On March 3rd, Farrea posted affirmatively within the “#activism-confirmation” channel of IE’s “Leading Our People Forward” Slack. Fellow member Jonathan “Hans/Johann Fassbinder CT” confirmed likewise three minutes later, suggesting they were coordinating travel plans. [µ]
On March 6th, Chris Schiano and Freddy Martinez of Unicorn Riot published “Neo-Nazi Hipsters Identity Evropa Exposed In Discord Chat Leak,” an expose on Identity Evropa and its usage of Discord as a communications platform. [1]
On March 7th, Farrea and a number of members reported having their Discord accounts deactivated, in light of Unicorn Riot’s article concerning IE’s usage of Discord on the 6th. [µ]
On March 8th, Freddy Martinez, Caroline Sinders, and Chris Schiano of Unicorn Riot published “Identity Evropa’s Neo-Nazi Organizing Plans Revealed In New Leaks”. It included a screenshot of Farrea complaining that his Discord account was no longer operable, in light of Unicorn Riot’s article concerning IE’s usage of Discord on the 6th. [1]
On March 17th, Christopher Mathias of the Huffington Post released an expose on Identity Evropa, specifically identifying seven members with experience in the military. Farrea was the first IE member named, and identified as a corporal in the Selected Marine Corps Reserve. [1]
On March 18th, antifascist researcher “Antifash Gordon” released a thread of identifying documentation on Farrea, in his capacity as a member of Identity Evropa. [1] At the time of this release, Farrea was a Logistics Specialist for Tele-Consultants Inc., a Department of Defense contractor based out of Alpharetta GA, with a location in Newport RI. He reportedly did not keep this job for much longer after this date. [2] [3] [4] [♥]
On October 1st, Farrea and his wife filed to evict tenants out of one of the units of their Potter & Gough Ave property. [♣]

2021
On March 11th, members of the Nationalist Social Club of New England tagged an unknown concrete building in Providence RI. This appears to have marked the first time NSC held an event in Providence RI. [Speculative: NSC has a specific rule-of-3 when it comes to probationary members becoming full-fledged members. Between this tagging, the April tagging, and the July event where the person most likely to be Farrea was not wearing any NSC gear, I’d wager these three events served as Farrea’s probationary term as an NSC member.] [♦] [†]
On April 18th, members of NSC tagged what appears to be the underside of a bridge or sealed train tunnel entrance somewhere in the Providence RI area. [♦] [†]
On July 24th, members of NSC joined a “World Wide Freedom Rally” anti-vax/anti-lockdown protest in Warwick RI. This was one such rally being held across the U.S. by the same organization, possibly as an anti-government astroturf operation. Farrea was likely present. [∗] [♦] [†]

On September 20th, Farrea purchased a three-family home on Phenix Avenue in West Warwick RI. He rented this to residential tenants as a source of income. His tenants eventually included fellow neo-Nazi and NSC member Chase Gilroy, who appears to have become a tenant sometime around or before early 2023. [1] [♠] [♣]
On November 13th, NSC protested outside of the Lucy Parsons Center in Jamaica Plain MA. This was despite the Boston Anarchist Bookfair, an event leader Chris Hood has frequently disrupted in the past, being held for the same weekend in Cambridge MA. Farrea was likely present. [∗]

On December 18th, members of NSC crossed the Veterans Memorial Bridge from Kittery ME to protest a Drag Queen Story Hour event at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth NH. The show in question was Honey Punch and Pals, which received an outpouring of support after the protest. Farrea was likely present. 2022
On January 22nd, roughly 26 members of NSC protested outside of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston MA, contemporaneously with the “No Jab, No Heart Rally for David Ferguson of Massachusetts” event promoted by Dianna Ploss and Health Rights MA. Farrea was likely present. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

On February 21st, members of NSC interrupted a virtual live reading of the Communist Manifesto at the Red Ink Community Library in Providence RI. Their propaganda video on the topic indicates they assaulted one of the employees there. Farrea was likely present, and may have been the member in control of the bullhorn and leading chants. [∗]

On March 20th, NSC attended the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in South Boston. Farrea was likely present, and appeared to be equipped with a walkie-talkie. NSC (without Hood, who was arrested earlier in the day for drinking from an open container) remained at the parade until local documentarian-activists & performance artists Rod Webber & Lauren Pespisa pointed out to other parade-goers that NSC were, in fact, neo-Nazis. Webber and Pespisa then followed NSC, which several NSC members took as a prompt to assault the both of them. While Farrea did not appear to take part in the assault, he appeared to attempt de-escalating other members, including Conti. [∗]

On April 16th, NSC members performed a flash rally in Hartford CT, and distributed propaganda in East Hartford and Southington, as part of a White Lives Matter National event. Farrea was likely present. [∗]

On May 1st, Hood, Cullinan, and two members operating cameras surveilled May Day proceedings in Manchester NH. They followed a local activist after the event concluded in a vehicle, having been stalking said activist over Twitter. Upon confronting the activist, Cullinan punched out the driver’s side window of the activist’s car. On camera. Like an idiot. NSC released footage of the crime over their social media accounts the next day. Like idiots! One of the NSC members briefly recorded on Cullinan’s dashcam appears to be Farrea. [∗]
On May 7th, members of NSC held a flash rally in Downtown Crossing and Boston Common. Farrea was likely present. [∗]

On June 21st, Farrea, along with members Austin Conti, Tyler Moody, Cody Baker, Jason Lowe, Zachary Lee, and likely others, attempted to flyer around the Gordon School in East Providence RI. Farrea’s group, which included all the identified members save Lee, was stopped by local police. When asked for ID, Farrea and Conti refused. EPPD promptly arrested them for violating local statutes on posting signs on utility poles and obstruction. This story would later break on July 5th, by Matthew Stephens of WLNE. While Farrea had been previously doxxed as a member of Identity Evropa, this event established him as a member of NSC. [♠] [1]
On July 12th, Farrea and Conti made appearances in Rhode Island’s 6th Division District Court regarding their arrests the previous month. Both pled not guilty, and were released on personal recognizance. [1]
On July 23rd, several members of NSC held a flash rally outside the Loring-Greenough House in Jamaica Plain MA, in response to a Drag Queen Story Hour hosted by local drag performer Patty Bourrée being held at the local Boston Public Library Branch. Farrea was likely present, and at one point engaged with irritated locals before being wrangled by Cullinan. [∗] [1]

On July 25th, Hood arrived at the BMC West Roxbury District Courthouse for the arraignment related to his arrest two days previous. He was joined by Farrea and a small cadre of other NSC members. In the process of entering the courthouse, Farrea assaulted local documentarian-activist & performance artist Rod Webber. Farrea’s shove was admittedly light, and Webber’s fall was visibly an exaggerated pratfall, but Farrea’s stomping over and on Webber was not gentle. [1] [2]

On August 15th, antifascist researcher “Green Monster Antifa” released an update thread on Farrea’s employment and whereabouts. This thread included information revealed in the incident report on Farrea’s arrest in East Providence, including his employment at the Cargill processing plant in Portsmouth RI. Not long after this date, representatives at Cargill reached by phone call would claim that Farrea had been released from his position there. [1] [2] [♥]
On September 13th, Farrea was sentenced to 20 hours of community service in Rhode Island’s 6th Division District Court, regarding his arrest in East Providence RI from June of this year. According to news reports, he modified his plea from “not guilty” to “no contest” at some point previous to his sentencing. [1]
On December 10th, members of NSC attempted to disrupt a Drag Queen Story Hour in Fall River MA. Cullinan and another member who was likely Farrea attempted to force entry into the event, before several other NSC members charged the door and assaulted the antifascists preventing NSC and the Proud Boys, also on scene, from trying to enter the library. The antifascists prevented Cullinan from entering the library; according to locals on the scene, Farrea actually managed to slip between the library doors for a brief moment, but exited when he found he was the only NSC member to have made it inside. These accounts also place Farrea as increasingly violent, kicking one downed antifascist and shoving another into the stone wall near the library’s doors; video of the event supports these claims. 2023
On February 22nd, NSC-131 member Chase Gilroy was arrested by Pawtucket RI Police for two counts of disorderly conduct, one also a domestic violence charge, and both with anti-Jewish bias modifications. This arrest report revealed Gilroy’s address as out of a unit in Farrea’s Phenix Avenue rental property. Data brokers place Gilroy as a resident at the property with NSC member Tyler Moody. [♠] [♣]
On March 1st, members of NSC accompanied Hood as he and Cullinan appeared for a court date in Rockingham NH Superior Court, pursuant to civil rights charges laid against NSC by AG Formella. Farrea was among the members with Hood. [1]
On March 22nd, Farrea filed to evict tenants out of one of the units of his Phenix Ave property. Farrea was represented by an attorney who appears to be the father of NSC member Austin Conti. [♣]
On April 1st, members of NSC protested in Portland ME. Farrea was likely present, and involved in the assault on local antifascists. As the assault began, Farrea placed himself between the scrum and members of the public, as if to intercede if others became involved. According to a local, Farrea then struck a bystander who attempted to aid the antifascists being assaulted by members of NSC. This account is supported by video released of the incident. [∗] [1] [♥]

On December 3rd, Telegram channels belonging to members of the Rhode-Island-based Rocky Point Active Club and the Connecticut-based Cut Throat Active Club posted propaganda of an event in Massachusetts. Members of both took part in a group training session, alongside the New-Hampshire-based Granite State Active Clubs. Antifascist research outfit “By Way of Plymouth” identified a small number of NSC members based off their tattoos. Farrea was likely present. [∗] [1] [2]

On December 7th, MA Attorney General Campbell filed a civil complaint against Hood, MacNeil, and NSC for a slew of unlawful and discriminatory conduct committed in Massachusetts. Among the events cited included the disruption of Drag Queen Story Hours in Jamaica Plain, Boston’s Seaport, Fall River, and Taunton, the harassment of migrants at hotels in Kingston, Woburn, and Marlborough (though not the similar harassment campaigns in Quincy or Framingham), and armed patrols in unnamed residential neighborhoods. Among the violent conduct cited includes the scrum at Fall River MA during December 2022, which Farrea likely had a significant hand in committing. This story is developing! [1] [♣] [2]

On May 18th, members of NSC, posing as a new group calling themselves the “New England Minutemen,” held an anti-refugee protest outside of the National Guard Armory in Lexington MA. The Armory was being used as a temporary shelter hosting 50 refugee families at the time. NSC boosted this event via their social media accounts within an hour of NEMM’s standout beginning. Antifascist research outfit “By Way of Plymouth” noted several areas of overlap between this incarnation of NEMM and NSC. Farrea was likely present. [∗] [1] [2]
On May 24th, Farrea was charged with possession of child pornography in Rhode Island’s 2nd Division District Court. He paid bail, and was ordered to: surrender his firearms; not use the Internet, smartphones, and computers; and to maintain no contact with minors. According to Amanda Milkovits of the Boston Globe:

On May 30th, the day after news of Farrea’s arrest broke, antifascist research outfit “By Way of Plymouth” released information on Farrea’s ownership of rental properties in West Warwick RI. This release included information regarding NSC members Chase Gilroy and Tyler Moody living out of units, owned by Farrea, as tenants. [1]
Later on May 30th, Hood posted his reaction to Farrea’s arrest, as a prelude to his stepping back from NSC-131 “for the foreseeable future”:

On June 13th, Farrea was subject to a nominal divorce filing against him by his wife, Meia Farrea. This trial is ongoing. [♣] [1]
Beliefs
Farrea supports a number of fascist politicians. including Trump and Marine Le Pen. [1] [2] There is a possibility he became disillusioned with Trump, given repeated questions he asked about Trump’s failure to deliver on certain campaign promises. [3] [4] Farrea is also a fan of several white supremacist figures, including James Allsup (whom Farrea describes as a “role model”) and Jared Taylor, and favorably compares Tucker Carlson to Allsup. Farrea is an antisemite to his own admission, claiming that he broached “the Jewish Question” to his family at the age of 17. [1] [2] He also sparingly uses the triple-parenthetical “echoes” to denote Jewish people. [3] [4]
He’s also certainly a racist, at two points making racist statements against black folks, and at several other points bragging about the high demographic proportions of white people in his area. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Quotes from any member of NSC are to be taken with a grain of salt, given the need to maintain nonviolent optics and the willingness to contradict their practical actions with their party line. Personal life
Farrea was sued by Newport Hospital over a small claims case in October 2012. [♣]
Farrea is married to Meia V. Kooy, whom he claimed to have met online when he was 26 and she was 18 (or possibly before that). They dated online for 3 months before meeting in person, and were married after 8 months, with them moving in together sometime between meeting in person and well before getting married. According to Farrea, they are both home-schooled, and his Catholicism clashes with her non-denominational Protestantism, which “makes things harder.” He doesn’t mind that she’s taller than him in heels, which is a relatively revolutionary opinion for a fascist to hold. Farrea’s father passed in 2016. [1]
Farrea’s first child, a daughter, was born on March 9th, 2018. [1] [2]
On February 17th, 2021, Farrea and his wife were issued trespass citations for entering a restaurant, which maintained a COVID mask policy, while unmasked. According to the report, both Farrea and his wife claimed to have medical conditions that precluded wearing face masks in public, and that both began to record and harass the staff before accommodations could be made. Officers reviewed the footage, reporting that it depicted Farrea and his wife “recording employees on their cell phone while ignoring multiple requests to leave the establishment.” Farrea and his wife maintained to police that they had medical conditions which precluded mask usage in public, and refused to sign the trespass citation issued to them before they left. [Speculative: Farrea’s first recorded event with NSC was most likely the Lucy Parsons Center standout nine months after this event. Every NSC event he’s been spotted at, he’s been masked. Of course I believe he’s lying, and I think it’s funny that he’d try to lie to the cops instead of just keeping his mouth shut.] [♠]
Farrea gardens in his spare time, and prefers scotch and chewing tobacco. He enjoys Downton Abbey, and plays military shooters with his wife. They appear to be cat people. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]
[Speculative: Farrea gives the impression of a lonely man, isolated in parts by both his social awkwardness and his own abhorrent beliefs, who believed he was alone until he realized persons with similar politics were to be found in white supremacist and neo-Nazi online spaces in the Trump era. He engaged with these spaces with a good deal of enthusiasm; this is a formula for further radicalization, and his efforts to recruit his wife and others into both IE & NSC’s PINE activities suggest that he readily takes a role in radicalizing others. His children will not likely fare better than he did in his specific home-schooling environment, a thing I typed before I got to the part in his logs where he outright said he looked forward to his daughter becoming a second-generation Identity Evropa member. Given Farrea’s increasing aggression within NSC, it doesn’t look like he’s going to slow down either. Finally, I would wager that Farrea had no choice but to date and marry someone 8 years his junior, someone he met when she was a literal teenager, on account of no one his own age wanting to put up with him.]
