press release: American Defense Skins in Connecticut

[EDITOR’S PREFACE: This was meant to be released by a larger outlet sometime in May 2025. Time’s gotten away from all of us, in the face of a great deal of nonsense happening everywhere. I’m releasing this on behalf of anonymous antifascists in CT, with their permission.]

Consider this an anonymous press release for a story that should be of interest.

On Saturday, April 5th, 2025 there was an invitation-only international neo-nazi concert held at the Polish National Home Inc in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

The show, entitled Return of the Bootboys, was performed by the bands Thumbscrew from Spain, Les Villains from Belgium, Offensive Weapon from New York, Wellington Arms from Chicago, and Brassic from Los Angeles. It was mainly organized by Offensive Weapon in collaboration with Danbury CT resident and definite United Riot Records affiliate Stephanie Kane, who goes by her stagename* “Stephanie Devotchka.” Stephanie also hosted some of the bands in her home. Tickets to the show were only available by invite, or on private, vetted internet forums. Various fascist clubs and “crews” were present, such as the Pennsylvania Active Club, 211 Bootboys, and American Defense Skinheads. United Riot Records is a fascist punk label owned by Dennis Davila, who is a member of the 211 Bootboys and has close ties to the Proud Boys. Members of Offensive Weapon are also rumored to be members of 211 Bootboys. The promotional artwork was drawn by @munadrawsstuff.
