Preamble
Joseph William Behling (born December 4th, 2002) is an American Christian nationalist, possible serviceman in the United States Navy, and neo-fascist. He is also a member of Patriot Front Network 7 and the New England Active Club, previously known as the Bay State Active Club.
Behling’s current legal address is in Manchester NH; his account on Telegram has been linked to this address via a cat video he posted on a neo-Nazi silver-collection channel. He has previously lived in Hooksett NH as well as elsewhere in Manchester.
His Patriot Front moniker is alleged to be “Marcus NH.” He has also gone by the handles “NH Nationalist,” “Agrippa,” and “turk.bob” in online spaces, and may have gone by “603 Nationalist” on Twitter.
[Speculative: Apparently it’s pronounced the same as the word “bailing”.]
This dossier’s remit revolves around collecting information about Behling and cataloging his major activities, thus forming a foundational knowledge base composed from an antifascist perspective.
As with the other dossiers, changes since last revision will be highlighted as such. This past Sunday, October 5th, a handful of Patriot Front banners were intercepted in and around Manchester NH. I’m not at liberty to discuss what happened, but I will say I’m incredibly annoyed at our local chuds over it. Annoyed enough to release your ID, Joe! Eat shit, you piece of trash!
Back in July 2022, Patriot Front assaulted a local black musician while marching through Boston MA for an Independence Day event. They were intercepted at their vehicle staging location by @rodwebber.bsky.social, who photographed a great deal of the cars parked there at the time. [1]
One such vehicle, a 2010 Honda Accord with New Hampshire plates, recently came up as registered to Joseph William Behling of Manchester NH! Indeed, some photos of Behling during high school graduation car parade have him in that same car.
Joseph Behling of Manchester operates a Telegram account as “NH_National.” At various points in the past he set photos of himself at Patriot Front actions in Boston as his account pfp, specifically the July 2022 march and the April 2023 SatanCon protest. He has since deleted those pfps.
Joseph Behling of Manchester NH isn’t difficult to spot in a good amount of the Patriot Front propaganda that features him? Guy’s got the two facial expressions, one of which is really loud even underneath graphical blurring. Not to mention his insistence on wearing the same outfits over and over.
Joseph Behling appears to have joined Patriot Front less than a year after his graduation from Londonderry HS, where he was most newsworthy for his preoccupation with the boys’ bathrooms (which I have intentionally worded to be as unflattering as possible). [1]
Joseph Behling was also explicitly called out by the school’s administrators as having committed to join the US Navy, as marked by the red, white, and blue cord hanging around his shoulders in his graduation photos. Maybe a Marine, maybe a technician, maybe a washout, I don’t know for certain yet. [1]
I suspect that Joe Behling is responsible for the surge of PF garbage posted around Manchester & Hooksett NH, starting in 2022. These slaptags found at Manchester City Hall Plaza (“Roblox Front” is hoo boy as dumb as it sounds) and St. Joseph’s Cathedral, for example, may have been his.
Roblox Front is a previous iteration of Patriot Youth, which started out on Roblox & Minecraft, and is currently PF’s teen recruitment & indoctrination project. Joseph Behling has been seen active in and around Patriot Youth Telegram chats. [1]
While I haven’t identified Joseph Behling’s Roblox account, I do know he has a Minecraft account as user “turkbob”. Apparently cosplayed as a Roman senator for a bit. “Turkbob” was also the initial name of his Telegram account, before he changed it to “NH National”.
Patriot Front is among several right-wing groups who have descended upon Pride events & Drag Queen Story Hours in the recent past, citing the wildly bullshit conspiracy theory that the LGBTQ+ community engages in child grooming & indoctrination. [1]
I’m getting the idea that U.S. Christian nationalists’ position on child indoctrination is not so much that it’s wrong (which it is); it’s that child indoctrination & grooming is THEIR right, that they believe the minds & bodies of children are theirs to do as they please. [1]
Joseph Behling of Manchester NH & Patriot Front do not seem to differ with the larger radical Christian right in this regard. And the guy sure is a Christian nationalist bigot if his Telegram content is anything to go by! Learned some new slurs from him, not gonna replicate them here.

Joseph Behling is clearly comfortable posting as a neo-fascist on Telegram. He’s so comfortable, in fact, that he uploaded video of his cat scampering up a staircase, that was clearly taken out of his home address in Manchester NH, to a neo-Nazi silver-collecting channel.

Early Life
Behling attended Londonderry High School, Class of ’21. While there, he played lacrosse and football, and occasionally made honor roll. [1] [2] He advocated for privacy separators in the boys’ bathroom as a junior. [3] [4] During his graduation ceremony, officiants noted that he had committed to joining the United States Navy in lieu of pursuing higher education. [5]
[Speculative: There is a non-zero chance that Behling was involved with Patriot Front before he graduated high school. Moreover, there is direct evidence he’s involved in Patriot Front’s “Patriot Youth” efforts, along with Patriot Front member Wyatt Trahan of Madbury NH, which I decline to release at this time.]
Timeline of activities
While Patriot Front Network 7 has held a large number of events in New Hampshire that more likely involved Behling than not (there’s a decent chance, particularly early on in his tenure, that he was behind the camera instead of in front of it), attempts will be made to only include events where proof exists Behling may have been present, whether by his own admission or through plausible identifications of him through Patriot Front’s own propaganda materials.
Note that this is also not a comprehensive timeline of Behling’s activity, given the wide variety and patchwork nature of Patriot Front material to sift through.
2022
On May 6th, the Patriot Front Telegram channel released photos of NW7 members stenciling graffiti somewhere in Concord NH. This appears to be the earliest event with a member who appears to be Behling on camera. [Speculative: From the looks of it, Harwood was behind the camera if the backpack in one of the accompanying photos is anything to go by. Harwood, who serves an organizing role within the New England chapter of Patriot Front, would potentially be here in a new member vetting capacity. Unless Behling were already vetted by this point. Which is decently likely, given it looks like he was on shield duty for the Boston march next month! It’s difficult to say when he joined exactly.] [∗]
On July 2nd, roughly 100 members of Patriot Front held a flash rally and march in Boston MA. Behling was likely present, and apparently carried a shield while in Boston. During the march, several members assaulted local performer Charles Murrell III. Murrell, carrying a basket in one arm and holding his phone in the other hand, was assaulted by several members with shields, before the assault was broken up by law enforcement. Patriot Front would later release video of their side of the assault, which gives a much clearer view of members actively inciting the fracas with Murrell. Behling was not apparently involved in the fracas, but appeared to reflexively push back against someone who seemed to be an undercover officer when the man attempted to get Behling to step back by pushing at his shield. [Speculative: If I have my spot right, Joey Mugcakes’s energy is… timid? Nebbish, even? Especially when the cops start shoving PF guys to get them to back off. Like he realizes he’s way in over his head. The shove-back at the cop is weirdly half-hearted, and then he rejoins the pack like a guy waiting for his turn to get his ass kicked in a several-goons-versus-solo-martial-arts-hero fight. Goofy guy if I’ve got it right!] After the march, several members disembarked at Oak Grove station; many had staged their cars nearby, just over the Malden town line into Melrose. Behling’s car was recorded by local documentarian-activist & performance artist Rod Webber as one of many vehicles parked outside Oak Grove at the time. Behling also set an image of whom is apparently himself as his Telegram account profile image at some point. They would be monitored at various points by several antifascists, including tracked by Rod Webber and Lauren Pespisa, confronted by Antuan Castro Del Rio, and copiously photographed by antifascist researcher “Claud Southend.” Behling was present, and attempted to ward off counter-protesters with a cross. Behling has some fondness for mugcakes, a commonality between his meagre social media presence as himself and his Telegram account as a member of Patriot Front. [∗]
Behling appears to own an orange tabby, which he once documented stealing a bagged silver coin he purchased. He shared video of this to a neo-Nazi silver-collecting chat during September 2024. The room and stairwell in the background of this video is consistent with Behling’s last known home address. [∗]
Behling has also indicated in Telegram chats that he prefers to wear watches on his right wrist. [∗]
Online presence
While his statements have largely revolved around his beliefs as a racist American nationalist, Behling’s Telegram presence indicates some lean toward neo-Nazi ideas. Chats that he has interacted with and channels he has subscribed to appear to include:
- ⚡ Silver Stackers ⚡, a chat which seems to be a silver-collecting chat mainly attended by neo-Nazis.
- 14 Words – White Survival 3.0, a defunct neo-Nazi chat.
- A channel called The Guild, the accompanying URL to which indicates is short for The Aryan Guild, which violated Telegram’s Terms of Service.
- Various chats connected to Global Intel Watch, which self-describes as “Semi-professional News Aggregation from a Christian realist perspective.” The channel doesn’t seem outright antisemitic in its commentary on Israel, or outright racist in its commentary on the Middle East, but a bunch of the guys in the comments sure are.
- Metholini Chat, a pro-fascist and neo-Nazi chat with a three-day auto-delete timer that was not able to remove the fact that one of its chat discussions in June 2023 was “Kill n█████s”.
- Mugcake Group, which sounds innocuous in context, but was apparently created by groypers, featured rape jokes and neo-Nazi posts (including occasional usage of Hitler and Dirlewanger stickers), and eventually got overwhelmed by Russian bots.
- Stormfront Action Radio Chat, which should be self-explanatory to those who are familiar with neo-Nazi websites.
Behling apparently maintains a Minecraft account. His character skin is modeled after a Roman senator. [1]
