Robert “Bobby” Garcia (born ???) is a Connecticut automobile sales consultant, former real estate agent, antisemitic conspiracy theorist, and American neo-Nazi organizer. Garcia is the founder of the New England National “Party” based out of Connecticut, and was allegedly the Connecticut regional lead for the Nationalist Social Club.
As a member of NSC-131, Garcia was highly aggressive, having been repeatedly captured on video behaving as such. Garcia is highly likely to be the member responsible for initiating violence at NSC-131’s protest at the Red Ink Library in Providence RI, during February 2022.
Garcia’s last-known residence is in Killingworth CT, in a property owned by his apparent wife. He claims to have previously spent a number of years living in both Killeen TX and Florida.
His moniker as a member of NSC-131 is “Philip Roberts,” a name he also uses to obscure his identity on his personal social media. He has also used the aliases “CT Phil” and “CT Heathen” on Telegram. [Speculative: I had him down as “Walshrek” in my files until I realized he was Phillip Roberts, on account of his resemblance to an obscene combination of former Boston Mayor Marty Walsh and noted fictional character Shrek. Not even the Mike Myers Shrek, the one from the original books on which the movies were based.]
This dossier’s remit revolves around collecting information about Garcia and cataloging his major activities, thus forming a foundational knowledge base composed from an antifascist perspective.

Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT is a neo-Nazi organizer, highly likely to be responsible for violence at the Red Ink Library during 02/2022 as NSC-131 member “Phillip Roberts,” and is the owner of the “New England National Party” LLC registered in his home state.
Bobby Garcia, formerly a real estate agent, was employed at Westbrook Toyota in Westbrook CT as of May of this year. He is present on their website’s staff page, suggesting he’s currently employed there.
Before we get to business, I’d like to acknowledge that this has been the work of multiple antifascist researchers over years, Garcia having been a white whale for some time. I’m happy to resolve that research and finally harpoon the guy; my gratitude to all of you!
It’s been nearly a year-&-a-half since the arrest of longtime NSC-131 member Stephen Farrea leveled founder Chris Hood’s motivation to continue running his neo-Nazi street crew in light of ANOTHER one of his guys getting caught with CSAM. [1]
NSC-131 has been sputtering to a halt since, with their most notable actions being stabbin’ another neo-Nazi in Stamford CT and desperate attempts to dismiss their civil case in MA before they have to submit to discovery. [1]
NSC-131 fading in the rearview doesn’t mean that its members aren’t still up to racist bullshit, however. Case in point: Robert Garcia of Killingworth CT, another neo-Nazi chump playing at political entryism, is busy pretending to be an innocuous New England separatist.
If filing for a corporate certificate wasn’t enough, Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT also compromised his identity as NSC-131 member “Phillip Roberts” with an expert move pioneered by another NSC-131 member: an inverted Zach Brackett Special!
Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT got a taste of entryism when bird-dogging public meetings under NSC-131’s PINE group, and has progressed to harassing Pride events at local churches under his NENP label.
The New England National Party’s platform is kinda blood & soil. Its photo gallery and social media following have a handful of familiar faces and names, including someone I’m pretty sure is Patriot Front member Alex Beilman’s wife!
Bobby Garcia is easily identifiable in media of NSC-131 events by his face, build, apparel, voice, aggressiveness, and his use of handsigns, first the America First ☝ and later a unique three-stage 131 handsign that is largely not used by other members.
Garcia also appears to have been (the past tense is rarely so satisfying to use, and even he admits that NSC-131 is done) the tallest member of NSC-131, even taller than members Austin Conti of Warwick RI (6’1″) and Stephen Farrea of the RI sex offender registry (6’2″).
A Killingworth CT home belonging to Bobby Garcia’s wife was the site for an NSC-131 “members ceremony” during November 2023. In his own words: “My wife sat quietly upstairs while 40 guys chanted ‘n█████, n█████, n█████’ in her living room lol”
With high confidence, I allege that Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT was the NSC-131 member who struck an anonymous antifascist in the face, during NSC-131’s disruption at the Red Ink Library during February 2022.
On top of Red Ink, I have Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT at virtually every major NSC-131 event during 2022, as well as at every known NSC-131 event that involved violence during 2023.
Bobby Garcia uses his physical size while running his mouth at anyone and everyone, including young women and cops. He was even running his mouth while Leo Cullinan (rest in shit) was ejected from the Taunton Public Library back in January 2023. [1]
Compare that to video of Bobby Garcia ranting at folks protesting the placement of a Columbus statue in Johnston RI during October 2023. NSC-131 was there not two days later, to hold “vigil” over said statue. [1]
Bobby Garcia, who cautioned infosec in private NSC-131 chats, made a number of admissions that made confirming his identity trivial. Among other hyper-specific details, Garcia mentioned that one of his neighbors was a retired CT statie. Two search queries later:
Starting November 2024, Bobby Garcia of Killingworth CT was also the administrator of the “Historical New England” Telegram channel and chat. It became a social hub for neo-Nazi New Englanders and NSC-131 members following the 2024 presidential election.

Timeline of activities
2021
On November 13th, NSC protested outside of the Lucy Parsons Center in Jamaica Plain MA. This was despite the Boston Anarchist Bookfair, an event leader Chris Hood has frequently disrupted in the past, being held for the same weekend in Cambridge MA. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On December 26th, Garcia joined the “New England Nats” Telegram chat, controlled by members of NSC-131. Garcia was immediately issued a “speak, n█████” challenge from another chat user; NSC-131 founder Chris Hood vouched for Garcia within minutes. Garcia did not speak in the chat until the 31st, wherein he complimented a campfire song performed by a largely unknown neo-Nazi propaganda group. [⊗]
2022
On January 1st, via the NE Nats Telegram chat, Garcia thanked NSC-131 member Austin Conti and another unidentified member for meeting him earlier in the day. [Speculative: This meeting was likely part of NSC-131’s vetting & probation process.] [⊗]
On January 22nd, roughly twenty-seven members of NSC protested outside of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston MA, contemporaneously with the “No Jab, No Heart Rally for David Ferguson of Massachusetts” event promoted by Dianna Ploss and Health Rights MA. Garcia was likely present. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] Following NSC’s official propaganda release of this event the next day, Garcia posted an edit of bodycam footage of the event. It features pushback from a passer-by, with a handful of racist caricatures of black people among other images overlaid on the video. [⊗]
On January 26th, Garcia posted a screenshot, of a conversation he inflicted upon a survey text campaigner via his new cellphone number, to the NE Nats chat. [⊗]
On January 28th, Garcia took part in a Telegram voice call with several NSC-131 members and associates, including Leo Cullinan, Tyler Moody, Liam MacNeil, Kevin Cottle, Austin Conti, and Jackson Bradley. [⊗]
On February 12th, NSC conducted a banner drop on the Fairfield Street Footbridge over Storrow Drive in Boston MA as part of a White Lives Matter National Day of Action event. Garcia was likely present. [1] [2] [3]
On February 21st, roughly fifteen-to-twenty members of NSC interrupted a virtual live reading of the Communist Manifesto at the Red Ink Community Library in Providence RI. Their propaganda videos on the topic indicates that a member assaulted one of the activists there. Garcia is extremely likely to be the member who initiated said assault by striking the activist in the face with minimal provocation, and threw several Roman salutes while being filmed by event goers. [Speculative: Interviews with antifascists on the ground at Red Ink indicate that the punch either came from Chris Hood, or that it came from over his shoulder. I have Hood down as standing at 5’11”. The punch also came from a gloved left hand. My analysis of the footage tells me there were a number of members crowded around the door, including Hood, the man I accuse of being Garcia, NSC-131 member Stephen Farrea, and a handful of folks too short to consider. Video says it couldn’t have been Hood: not only was his left hand visible during the punch, but as cameraman the video was too stable. It couldn’t have been Farrea: he was standing too far from where the punch came, and his hands were likely occupied with the bullhorn he used to yell at patrons of Red Ink. NSC-131 member Chase Gilroy was recorded as being nearby sometime after the punch. While he’s a little taller than Hood, he was also bare-handed at the time. NSC-131 member Austin Conti was also recorded as being nearby after the punch, was wearing gloves, and like Gilroy is a little taller than Hood. The footage, however, indicates he was standing to Hood’s left before and after the punch. Not to mention that Conti’s behavior at NSC-131 actions was almost universally de-escalatory; striking someone in the face with no provocation would be intensely out-of-character for Conti. That leaves the man I allege is Bobby Garcia. He was standing between Hood and Farrea, to Hood’s right and Farrea’s left, shortly before the act of violence, was wearing what appeared to be winter gloves, and stands at 6’2″, maybe 6’3″.] [♥] [∗] [1] [2]
On March 20th, NSC attended the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in South Boston. NSC, following Hood’s arrest by BPD for carrying an open beer, remained until local documentarian-activists & performance artists Rod Webber & Lauren Pespisa pointed out to other parade-goers that NSC were, in fact, neo-Nazis. Webber and Pespisa then followed NSC, which several NSC members took as a prompt to assault the both of them. Garcia, wearing a shirt emblazoned with a Nazi totenkopf and the words “Gott mit uns,” was likely present; he did not apparently engage physically in the assault on Webber & Pespisa. On April 16th, members of NSC performed a flash rally in Hartford CT, and distributed propaganda in East Hartford and Southington, as part of a White Lives Matter National event. Garcia was likely present. [1]
On May 7th, several members of NSC held a flash rally in Downtown Crossing and Boston Common. Garcia was likely present. [1]
On or before June 2nd, roughly nine members of NSC conducted a trash pick-up and (assumably whites-only) food & propaganda distribution along Mass & Cass, the Methadone Mile, in Boston MA. The propaganda alluded to a conspiracy theory concerning the Sackler family and Perdue Pharma which claim both entities are part of a Jewish conspiracy to eliminate the white race. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On June 18th, members of NSC conducted a (assumably whites-only) food & propaganda distribution among the unhoused of Manchester NH as part of a WLM National Day of Action. This was the same day of the Queen City Pride Festival, occurring elsewhere in Manchester, which NSC pointedly avoided. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On July 23rd, several members of NSC held a flash rally outside the Loring-Greenough House in Jamaica Plain MA, in response to a Drag Queen Story Hour hosted by local drag performer Patty Bourrée being held at the local Boston Public Library Branch. Garcia was likely present, and handed out homophobic flyers to passers-by. [1] [2] [3] [♣]
On August 7th, roughly twenty members of NSC disrupted a Drag Queen Story Hour at the Harbor Way Paseo in Boston MA. Garcia was likely present, and recorded carrying what appears to be a walkie-talkie. [∗] [1]
On August 13th, members of NSC held a standout in Nashua NH, protesting the murder of Julie Graichen by Jose Miguel Ramirez-Vasquez. The story had found a place in right-wing media, including Breitbart, on account of Ramirez-Vasquez being an undocumented immigrant. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On October 2nd, several members of NSC marched and held a banner in Lewiston ME, calling for greater charges against Somali refugee Emmanuel Nkurunziza for his role in the murder of Donald Giusti, a white man. They were accompanied by Chris “Hammer” Pohlhaus, ostensible founder of the neo-Nazi group Blood Tribe and organizer of a failed ethnostate project in Springfield ME. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On October 15th, several members of NSC marched and held a banner in Quincy MA for a White Lives Matter National Day of Action, calling for hate crimes charges to be pressed against Rakeima Norris, a black mother who alongside her daughter assaulted a white woman in the area. They were confronted by at least two locals, one of whom brandished a pair of scissors, but were not assaulted themselves. Garcia was likely present, and was not apparently recorded participating in the confrontation in NSC’s own propaganda footage of the event. [∗]
On October 30th, several members of NSC held an anti-refugee stand-out in Kingston MA, prompted by the Republican governor of Texas trafficking immigrants into Massachusetts by bus. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On November 13th, members of NSC attempted to disrupt the Boston Anarchist Bookfair, held at the Democracy Center in Cambridge MA. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On December 10th, several members of NSC attempted to disrupt a Drag Queen Story Hour in Fall River MA. Garcia was likely present. During the event, antifascists prevented Cullinan, Farrea, and other members of NSC from entering the library. Garcia was not part of the initial attempt to forcefully enter the library, and did not take part in the physical scrum between members and antifascists that followed. He did, however, take a moment to ineffectively yell at antifascists immediately afterward. [∗] [1]
2023
On January 14th, members of NSC disrupted a Drag Queen Story Hour in Taunton MA. In the lead-up to the event, antifascists mobilized in order to safeguard another DQSH event happening in Fall River MA on this same day; roughly 200 revelers showed, and the DQSH in Fall River was not disrupted. NSC opted to pointedly avoid being overwhelmingly outnumbered, and diverted to Taunton MA. A handful of members physically entered the library and disrupted the reading. Garcia appeared to be among their number, and was recorded at turns speaking at local police and misogynistically insulting the drag performer in front of children. [∗] [1] [2]
On March 1st, members of NSC accompanied Hood as he and Cullinan appeared for a court date in Rockingham NH Superior Court, pursuant to civil rights charges laid against NSC by AG Formella. Garcia appears to have been among the members performing court support for Hood and Cullinan. [1]
On April 1st, members of NSC held a standout in Portland ME. At Portland City Hall, they were met with a trio of counter-protesters bearing a Pride flag with an antifascism emblem on it. Several members of NSC assaulted the counter-protesters after one tried to steal the Pride flag from one of the antifascists. Garcia was likely present, spending most of his time carrying NSC’s banner. While members carrying the banner did not apparently participate in the assault, video indicates they did reposition in order to occlude sight of the assault happening from the street. [∗]
On June 18th, members of NSC attempted to disrupt a Drag Queen Story Hour being held at the Teatotaller in Concord NH. A later video release shows a confrontation between understandably angry locals and several members after NSC left the their standout location; Garcia was likely present, and recorded engaging in a tirade against a young woman as well as attempting to intimidate a young man. On August 3rd, Garcia registered the URL for his New England National Party website. [1]
On August 12th, members of NSC and Blood Tribe held a standout in various locations in Augusta ME. Garcia was likely present, and took part in harassing passers-by while at the northern side of the Maine State House. [∗]
On August 26th, members of NSC held a series of standouts in Woburn MA. Garcia was likely present. NSC would hold several more standouts of this nature throughout the next month; however, the video of said events are largely too low quality to make out whether or not Garcia was also present at those events. [∗]
On October 9th, a statue of Christopher Columbus that had been recently relocated to a park in Johnston RI became the focal point of an anti-imperialist protest and a counter-protest. Someone who is highly likely to be Garcia, behaving aggressively and calling the protesters “communist scum” while attempting to physically menace them, actively participated in the counter-protest. [1] NSC would hold a nighttime standout at the same statue two days later. [∗]
On November 18th, NSC-131 posted images of a “members ceremony” to its social media channels. Held in a home belonging to Garcia’s wife in Killingworth CT, members gathered, spoke, and burned captured Pride materials. According to Garcia: “My wife sat quietly upstairs while 40 guys chanted ‘n█████, n█████, n█████’ in her living room lol”. Someone who appears to be Garcia was photographed burning what seems to be a Pride flag. [∗] [⊗] [Speculative: His neighbors HAVE to know, right? There’s so little chance that they don’t, after this. Given both of them are or were apparently law enforcement officers, it would be completely humiliating if they didn’t know.]
On November 27th, Garcia created his “Historical New England” channel on Telegram. The channel itself was a broadcast platform for Garcia to share photos and anecdotes concerning New England during various historical periods, occasionally featuring editorializing from Garcia itself, while gradually becoming more visibly racist and pro-Trump. The channel also had a connected discussion chat where Garcia would engage with subscribers, which was obviously neo-Nazi in context. [⊗]
On December 11th, Garcia registered a “New England National Party” LLC with the Connecticut Secretary of State. This seems to have been done in lieu of what the CT Secretary of State has outlined as the first step for creating a “Minor Party” in CT, that first step being winning 1% of the vote in a race for office after filing a Nominating Petition. On March 10th, members of NSC as PINE held a standout in Berlin CT. Garcia was likely present. [∗]
On April 2nd, members of NSC as PINE attended a Select Board meeting in Rockland MA. Garcia, alongside member aliases “James Ambrose” & “Adam Smith,” was likely present. [1] [∗]
On July 13th, Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate adjudicated rapist, convicted felon, and current United States President Donald Trump in Butler PA. This event preceded an influx of subscribers into Garcia’s “Historical New England” channel. The attached discussion chat quickly became a hub for known New England members of NSC-131 and Patriot Front. It would not be secured until the stabbings outside former NSC-131 member Charles Netter’s home in Stratford CT, and subsequent reportage by IdaVox which made clear that antifascist researchers were monitoring the space. On October 31st, Garcia received a text from a campaigner for Kamala Harris. He subsequently shared his reply with the Historical New England chat, advocating for bullying election texts. [⊗]
On November 29th, Garcia unveiled a “Historical New England” website, meant as a way to propagate the contents of his Telegram channel into search engines. He thanked a “proud White New Englander” for helping him set it up. [⊗]
On December 14th, Garcia announced that he would be abandoning the Historical New England channel and its accompanying site, and was looking for replacements to continue run it. [⊗]
On December 24th, Garcia set a daily repost limit on chat member and prolifically online neo-Nazi Ian Langille. [⊗]
2025
On January 21st, Garcia announced to his Historical New England chat that he was going to become a grandfather. He posted an image of an ultrasound, commenting that he thought the baby was “throwing Roman’s already”. [⊗]
On January 29th, defected NSC-131 member Charles Netter raided the Historical New England chat, as an extension of his ongoing feud with NSC-131 founder Chris Hood. This resulted in an extended online fracas that included someone posing as deceased neo-Nazi and former NSC-131 member Leo Cullinan entering the chat. Garcia eventually requested that users take the discussion of Netter’s conduct to another chat, which resulted in an argument about operational security with Hood. This would prove to be one of the last topics of discussion in the chat before it was made private following the stabbings outside Netter’s home in Stratford CT two days later. [⊗] [1]
On April 19th, members of NENP joined the Battle of Concord 250th Anniversary in Concord MA. Garcia was present. [∗] [Speculative: I think this is the only time I’ve seen Garcia’s ink.]
On May 5th, members of NENP attended a legislative session concerning homeschooling in Hartford CT. Garcia was present. [∗]
On June 29th, members of NENP disrupted a Pride service at Enfield Congregational Church, and visited the Thomas Abbey monument in Enfield CT. Garcia was present, and used the opportunity to harass congregants by handing out booklet copies of Jonathan Edwards’s Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God sermon. [∗]
Beliefs
Garcia is thoroughly racist, frequently referring to black and Jewish folks in heavily derogatory terms and slurs. His most repugnant statements have been made about black folks, once remarking that orphaned black children should be used as quarry in staged live prey hunts. [⊗]
In online spaces, Garcia has shared images inspired by Nick Bougas’s “Happy Merchant” antisemitic caricature, as well as comics by Hans Kristian Graebener a/k/a “Stonetoss”. Garcia has also referred to convicted felon and adjudicated rapist Donald Trump as “our guy,” particularly in the lead-up to the 2024 U.S. presidential election. Like many neo-Nazis, Garcia does appear to recognize that Trump is a grifter who does not keep his promises, and mostly appears to support Trump because he upsets American liberals and leftists. Garcia registered surprise when Trump pardoned the J6 insurrectionists. [⊗]
Garcia appears to give credence to any white grievance conspiracy theory that crosses his social media feed, including white genocide and the conspiracy theory that Democratic governments purchase guns for black folks. [⊗]

Online presence
As a real estate salesperson, Garcia maintains a Zillow profile. [1]
As a neo-Nazi organizer, Garcia was the owner and administrator of the “Historical New England” channel and chat on Telegram. It became an unofficial social locus for several NSC-131 members and New England neo-Nazi personalities. The chat was made private, shortly after the stabbings between members of NSC-131 and the Atlantic Nationalists Club that occurred outside of former NSC-131 member Charles Netter’s home in Stratford CT, when it became clear that antifascists were monitoring it. [⊗]
While Garcia maintains a Facebook profile, he has claimed that Telegram is his only meaningfully used social media platform. Chats that he has interacted with and channels he has subscribed to appear to include:
- ⚡ Silver Stackers ⚡, a chat which seems to be a silver-collecting chat mainly attended by neo-Nazis. This he has in common with Patriot Front member Joseph Behling.
- The American Aesthetic, with the description set as follows: “Documenting American/Americana culture, art, architecture, history, nature, aesthetics, and identity.” This he has in common with Patriot Front member Brandon Brooks.
- Esoteric Aryan Diet for Racist White Supremacists, a chat for neo-Nazis sharing food posts.
- A channel dedicated to British neo-Nazi Mark Collet. Again, in common with Patriot Front member Brandon Brooks.
- A supporter chat for the Nordic Resistance Movement.
- REICH ARCHIVE, a channel for archiving Nazi propaganda and apologia.
- The Connecticut regional channel of the White Lives Matter recruitment network.
The case for/against Garcia as Gab user “Haegoff”
[Speculative: This is a bizarre curio, a lead I chased only to come up with almost nothing. Feel free to skip it.]
There are unusual parallels between Garcia and the neo-Nazi who is allegedly the administrator of the “White Landowners Union” Gab group. Registered on June 20th, 2021, the WLU is dedicated to discussion of “land, buying/selling, zoning, regulations, taxes, homesteading, and development projects.” The page would become part of a hub dedicated to whites-only discussion, including commerce and healthcare. Neo-Nazis on Twitter allege that the WLU page is controlled by someone who would later register the “Haegoff” user account. An antifascist researcher monitoring the WLU at the time alleges that the registering user of the WLU page was another Gab user going by “Haegiff”. “Haegiff” was documented as a man from Pennsylvania who purchased land in Maine in an attempt to homestead, with the hopes of creating a community of other neo-Nazis who would do the same. “Haegiff” later deactivated his Gab account. It appears that users “Haegiff” and “Haegoff” are the same person. [♥]
[Speculative: As a real estate agent, Garcia would be well equipped to discuss navigating real estate purchases and housing ownership issues. He does not, to the best of my knowledge, have a history of living in PA. There also doesn’t appear to be a registered real estate license under Garcia’s name in Maine. Not to mention one of the businesses the WLU touts is the GDL shop. Garcia’s been open about his dislike for the GDL, Minadeo Jr. in particular.]
Gab user “Haegiff” at one point apparently traveled to Springfield ME in order to assist Blood Tribe’s Chris Pohlhaus in the construction of a neo-Nazi compound.
[Speculative: As a member of NSC-131, Garcia would be acquainted with Pohlhaus through their shared events. Garcia also has an upper-left arm tattoo. If a neo-Nazi in New England has a tatt inked post-2021, there’s a non-zero chance Pohlhaus did it personally.]
Sometime after October 2022, Gab user “Haegiff” set his pfp as images of Garcia at NSC-131’s standout in Lewiston ME. “Haegiff”, however, has also disseminated an image of someone who was allegedly himself wearing a skullmask half-face gaiter. This photo was of a young blond man with no significant resemblance to Garcia.
[Speculative: Easily the weirdest part of this, the bit that doesn’t make me want to dismiss this outright. Is there such a thing as stolen valor for neo-Nazis? I’m not talking like Boneface shit. I’m talking neo-Nazis claiming to be where other neo-Nazis were for similar cred, though.]
Sometime during January 2024, a user calling himself “Haegoff” registered an account on right-wing social media platform Gab. While “Haegoff” may have used other pfps, the current account pfp bears a resemblance to Garcia in his usual pair of sunglasses. [∗]
On or around September 25th, 2025, members of the White Landowners Union met for a cross-burning which they were insistent on calling a “cross-lighting”. The only attendee photographed bears a resemblance to Garcia via build and some apparel choices. [Speculative: An antifascist researcher reported to me that discussion around this event on social media included mention of how “cross-lighting” was a Scottish practice? Garcia goes on and on at times about how he’s descended from Scottish king Robert the Bruce.]
While the parallels are unusual, it is highly unlikely that Gab users “Haegiff” and “Haegoff”, and Garcia, are all the same person.
