Preamble
Adam Patrick Goetz (supposedly born July 1989) is a member of the New England National Project (previously the New England National Party, an organization founded by NSC-131 member and neo-Nazi Bobby Garcia), a white nationalist activist, and an American neo-fascist organizer. Goetz previously self-described as a “volunteer” with the People’s Initiative of New England, which itself was a civic offshoot of the neo-Nazi street crew NSC-131. [Speculative: Goetz himself was potentially a member of NSC-131 and the CT-based Cut Throat Active Club while they were still active; I haven’t definitively tied to any specific member in their propaganda or social media releases yet.] Goetz has also self-described as a “racialist” in Garcia’s “Historical New England” chat.
Goetz was last known to reside in Torrington CT. He previously resided in Winsted CT, where he holds a limited journeyperson license for Heating, Piping, and Cooling with the CT Department of Labor (license #HTG.0410014-G2).
His pseudonym as a member of NENP is “Adam Hart”. His pseudonym as a member of PINE was “Adam Smith”. His username over social media platform Twitter is currently @Hartlander_. He previously operated an account as @BerkshireRaggie, which itself was previously known as @BerkshirePine. His usernames on Telegram were highly likely @NewEnglandGotz and @BrotherFrederick. His handle as a member of the “Historical New England” Telegram chat was highly likely “Von Berlichingen”; this is either a reference to a specific Waffen-SS division or the German mercenary for which it was named. [Speculative: I genuinely cannot believe he was so in love with his own last name he used it as a portion of his Telegram handle?! A service on which he participated in a semi-private neo-Nazi chat?!? not dealing with the brightest here, no matter how hard he tries to portray himself as a thinking chud’s chud]
This dossier’s remit revolves around collecting information about Goetz and cataloging his major activities, and will be updated should he be tied to an on-the-ground member of NSC-131 or the Cut Throat Active Club of Connecticut.
Changes since last revision will be highlighted as such. Notes and citations will be provided throughout the document in the form of links to external websites, represented by bracketed numbers. Timeline of activities
This timeline will include events held by NSC-131 and PINE that add context to Goetz’s activity, which do not otherwise appear to include his participation. [Speculative: This is largely to establish the context that PINE is what NSC-131, who again are a neo-Nazi street crew who have defaulted on at least one civil suit levied by a state attorney general as of March 2026, does when they’re under legal pressure to not get up to their usual bullshit.]
2023
On January 17th, NSC-131 founder Chris Hood and NH regional lead Leo Cullinan were charged by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office for trespass. These charges regarded a banner-drop members of NSC-131 conducted in Portsmouth NH, during July 2022. The enforcement actions also included a temporary restraining order against NSC-131 as an organization, barring them from conducting unlawful activity or encouraging people to do so for three years. [1] [2] This lawsuit was dismissed during June 2023. [3]
On April 20th, NSC-131 announced the poorly thought-out “People’s Initiative of New England Initiative,” the “PINE Initiative” for short and for concealing redundancy. This announcement was followed by the registration of social media accounts for PINE on Telegram, Gab, and Substack. [Speculative: It is notable that this was announced on what would’ve been Hitler’s 135th birthday were he not very dead.] PINE, ostensibly a New England separatist group, demands the removal of non-white people from the region for the purpose of establishing New England as a white ethnostate. Its policy platform included at least one laundering of the 14 words, reworded to be more palatable to American conservatives. [1] A week later, members of PINE handed out propaganda outside of a Trump rally in Manchester NH. The PINE members included Hood as well as Cullinan following his making of bail for assaulting a police officer in Goffstown NH. [Speculative: Cullinan had visibly lost a lot of muscle weight by this point. Probably didn’t have access to his steroids in prison, his suffering of the symptoms of which are a matter of public record. [2] ] They were accompanied by members of NSC-131 wearing branded NSC-131 merchandise. PINE conducted a few clean-ups at monument sites, namely the Hannah Duston memorials in Boscawen NH and Haverhill MA as well as the Great Swamp Fight memorial in Kingstown RI, before NH AG Formella’s lawsuit was dismissed in June of this year. Following the dismissal, PINE became largely inactive (barring inserting themselves into disaster recovery efforts in Barre & Montpelier VT during July) and NSC-131 returned to conducting in-person events. [Speculative: Reminder that Cullinan died of a meth-fent overdose on Juneteenth 2023, the day after the NSC-131 protest against a Drag Queen Story Hour hosted at the Teatotaller in Concord NH, in case it was not clear the kind of neo-Nazis we’re talking about. On December 7th, MA Attorney General Campbell filed a civil complaint against Hood, NSC-131 MA regional lead Liam MacNeil, and NSC-131 for a slew of unlawful and discriminatory conduct committed in Massachusetts. Among the events cited included the disruption of Drag Queen Story Hours in Jamaica Plain, Boston’s Seaport, Fall River, and Taunton, the harassment of migrants at hotels in Kingston, Woburn, and Marlborough (though not the similar harassment campaigns in Quincy or Framingham), and armed patrols in unnamed residential neighborhoods. NSC responded by launching a “Legal Defense Fund” Telegram channel, launching a fundraiser on Christian crowdfunding website GiveSendGo, and soliciting donations made in cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and Monero, on the 9th. On December 13th, NH Attorney General Formella filed a civil complaint against Hood and NSC under the NH Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Unit, citing NSC’s standout against the Teatotaller Cafe in Concord NH. Specifically, Formella claimed that NSC “attempted to incite, compel, or coerce the Teatotaller Cafe to refuse to make its place of public accommodation[…] available to certain performers because of those performers’ actual or perceived sex, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity.” [1] [2]
2024
On February 24th, members of NSC-131 made their first appearance as PINE since July 2023, making visits to several town sites in Cumberland RI, They also distributed propaganda outside the Cumberland Public Library. [1] [∗]
On March 5th, at least two members of PINE attended a public comment session on LD227, a prospective bill being debated by the Maine Legislature in Portland ME. Goetz, identifying himself by his “Adam Smith” alias and as a member of PINE, spoke for roughly two minutes against LD227. While he identified himself as a father and a citizen, he did not acknowledge that was not a Maine constituent. Goetz was joined by PINE member “James Ambrose,” neo-Nazi provocateur and alleged Goyim Defense League member Richard Ward, and since-deceased right-wing grievance activist Shawn McBreairty (requiescat in stercus), among others, in speaking against LD227. A law that would establish gender-affirming care as a legal right in Maine, LD227 was passed and signed into public law the next month. [∗] [♦] [1]
On March 10th, PINE released via its social media photos of members holding a standout in Berlin CT. Goetz was likely present. [∗]
On March 20th, an unidentified member of PINE attended the March for Life in Hartford CT. A left thumb, photographed holding PINE AI-slop propaganda, appears to belong to Goetz. [∗]
On March 28th, PINE released via its social media photos of members bird-dogging a legislative session in Yarmouth MA. Goetz was likely present. [∗]
On April 2nd, three members of PINE attended a meeting of the Rockland MA Board of Selectmen. They proceeded to bird-dog on the topic of refugee shelters. Goetz, alongside NSC-131 member Bobby Garcia and PINE member “James Ambrose,” was present. [1] [∗]
On April 15th, members of NSC-131 as PINE, including Hood, attended the Patriots Day parade in Lexington MA. [∗] Photos shared with various parties on the ground reveal that Goetz was present. [♥] This was the final event held under the PINE branding. NSC-131 held its final official event on April 27th. [1] Several members of NSC-131 protested against outside migrant shelter in Lexington MA as the New England Minutemen on May 27th. [2] These were the final public appearances of NSC-131 and its various formations before the arrest of NSC-131 member Stephen Farrea for possession of child sexual assault materials on May 24. [Speculative: It occurs to me that Goetz and Farrea have a worrying amount in common, both being products of homeschooling in the orbit of neo-Nazis.] [3]
On August 3rd, NSC-131 member Bobby Garcia registered the URL for his New England National Party website. [1] This site establishes the NENP’s activist platform. [Speculative: WWII historians may recognize that the language of the NENP’s platform is rife with Nazi “blood and soil” rhetoric in its planks of Liberty, Prosperity, and Virtue, laundered to be more palatable to American conservatives. NENP also considers a “reversal” of the course of “unfettered immigration” as a part of its Virtue plank, which 1) is not a problem the U.S. actually has, immigration into the U.S. is notoriously difficult and 2) implies that ethnic cleansing in the form of deportation/remigration is part of their platform. The final line of the Virtue plank is as thus: “This organization will always prioritize honesty and transparency with the citizenry, and not play the game of murderous smiles that the major parties engage in.” This is of course laughable given Garcia, the founder of the NENP, is a vicious bigot and violent neo-Nazi who spent his most notable time as a member of NSC-131 screaming at people behind a 131-branded mask.] It also serves to index NENP actions, including housing a number of photos taken personally by Goetz. On or around December 10th, Goetz deactivated his @BerkshireRaggie Twitter account. [Speculative: He likely did this to make a clean break from a really visible history of being a reply guy for NSC-131, Active Clubs, and various alt-right and neo-Nazi figures, which again is a violent neo-Nazi street crew that has had at least two members arrested and convicted for possession of child sexual assault material.] [∗]
2025
Sometime during January, Goetz registered his @Hartlander_ Twitter account. [∗]
On March 19th, Goetz attended the annual March for Life in Hartford CT. He handed out NENP flyers and carried an Appeal to Heaven flag. [∗]
On April 19th, the NENP attended the 250th anniversary of the Battles of Concord & Lexington in Concord MA. Goetz was present, alongside Garcia. [∗]
On May 20th, William Tucker of NH-based political blog Miscellany Blue released a piece titled “Nativist political party linked to neo-Nazi hate group”. Delving into Goetz’s background without naming him, as well as detailing the NENP’s ties to PINE and NSC-131, it was instrumental in identifying Goetz. [1]
On May 31st, the NENP released, via its social media, a video of a member bird-dogging U.S. Senator Chris Murphy on the topic of illegal immigration. This member, by voice, appears to be Goetz. [∗]
On June 14th, the NENP released, via its social media, a video of a member harassing a pastor at what was then the United Church of Christ in Lee MA. This member, by voice, appears to be Goetz. [∗] [♦]
On June 29th, the NENP attempted to disrupt a Pride service at the United Church of Christ in Enfield MA. While there, members handed out pamphlets of Jonathan Edwards’s Sinners In the Hands of an Angry God, a sermon favored by bigots as a rhetorical cudgel. Goetz, alongside Garcia, was present. [∗] [♦]
On October 18th, antifascist research outfit “By Way of Plymouth” released identifying documentation on NSC-131 member and NENP founder Bobby Garcia. [1] This is relevant, given Goetz’s continuing presence in Garcia’s orbit.
On November 17th, NENP members and supporters protested against CT House Bill 8002 in Hartford CT. Goetz was present, along with NENP founder and noted neo-Nazi Bobby Garcia. Several supporters signed a letter opposing HB8002, which includes among others the signatures of the Reverend Jacob Dell, a pastor at the First Congregational Church of Woodbury CT, and apparently Goetz and Garcia themselves. The contents of this letter were later posted to the NENP’s social media. [∗]
2026
On January 21st, members of the NENP member attended a public hearing of the NH House Resources, Recreation and Development Committee to speak against NH House Bill 1664, concerning the removal of Boscawen NH’s Hannah Duston monument. [1] This monument is one at which members of PINE had previously held a clean-up event during 2023, as NH Attorney General John Formella sought a restraining order enjoining NSC-131 from conducting activities in the state. [∗] Goetz, identifying himself by his legal name, submitted comment as a member of the public opposing the passage of the resolution. Notably, Goetz does not appear to have disclosed during his comment that he was a speaker from out-of-state. Goetz was once again accompanied by Garcia, who appears to have prepared remarks but did not speak. [2]
On March 11th, Goetz attended a public hearing on homeschooling regulation House Bill 5468 at the Connecticut State Capitol, where he gave comment in opposition. He was announced by his given name while walking to the podium to speak. When asked by Killingly CT Representative Anne Dauphinais to describe the New England National Project, he claimed they were a private club looking to establish a 501(c)4 organization. [Speculative: He did not strike me as looking pleased to have to describe the NENP on the spot.] [1]
On March 18th, antifascist research outfit “By Way of Plymouth” released identifying documentation on Goetz, in his capacity as a white nationalist organizer for the NENP and a former member of PINE with some amount of proximity to NSC-131, in anticipation of Goetz and the NENP attending the CT March for Life in Hartford CT.

For years now, a dedicated effort has been underway throughout our national culture to undermine and transform that building block into something fragile and dependent on the state bureaucracy. Children and families are subject to pervasive propaganda, so in confusion of the mind, in the minds of the young and vulnerable. The state authorities in Maine have proven in my eyes, in the eyes of many families throughout Maine, and all of New England that I've spoken with, to not have the best interests of the people in mind on this matter. According to a 2025 obituary, Goetz was homeschooled by his mother. [1] He has implied that she was “horrified” by his beliefs as an adult. [∗]
Goetz has made a great deal of noise about his family history and ties to Hartland CT. His father reports that he is descended from a U.S. Army corporal, who partially served as a guard to German prisoners of war while stationed at the Indiantown Gap Military Reservation in Pennsylvania during WWII. [Speculative: The irony of Goetz palling around with a modern neo-Nazi goes without saying.] Goetz has also claimed that his father was baptized at Second Congregational Church of West Hartland CT, and that four generations of his family are buried in the graveyard behind it. This is roughly 55 tweets/day (nearly 4/hour assuming 8 hours of sleep) over a span of 128 days.
Since the registration of his @Hartlander_ Twitter account on January 11th, 2025, Goetz has posted, replied, and retweeted a total of 18,142 times as of 4:00PM Eastern on March 17th, 2026. In that span of time, he has also favorited 69,342 tweets. This is roughly 42 tweets/day (almost 3/hour assuming normal sleep) and 161 likes/day (10/hour, again assuming sleep) over a span of 430 days (one year, two months, and six days).
Goetz has, in a number of online spaces, criticized other chuds for thinking “more Telegram chats” and “more Twitter spaces” will “save the white race”.
Goetz is almost certainly the operator of the @NewEnglandGotz account on Telegram, which took part in Bobby Garcia’s “Historical New England” chat. For one, “Gotz” is one of the Anglicized forms of “Götz”, of which his surname “Goetz” is another. The handle “Von Berlichingen” is either 1) a reference to Götz von Berlichingen, a German Imperial Knight of the Holy Roman Empire, or 2) the 17th Waffen-SS Panzergrenadier division named for the same. @NewEnglandGotz has made several admissions that put him in strong commonality with Goetz, including repeated references to Connecticut, owning an “Appeal to Heaven” patch that he frequently wears on a hat, identifying himself as a “face out activist” and a tradesman, and a preference for political entryism over street marches as a mode of neo-fascist activism. “Von Berlichingen” also initially joined the chat the day after it was registered. This suggests that this user knew Garcia personally, matching Goetz’s continued proximity to Garcia.
[Speculative: It might be fair to describe Goetz as a “snob” or “hipster” of alt-right / white nationalist / neo-fascist / neo-Nazi activism? He loathes liberals and leftists alike, but he also openly and frequently criticizes right-wingers with whom he does not agree. He looks down on Patriot Front, Blood Tribe, Nick Fuentes, Elon Musk [⊗], the Goyim Defense League, Laura Loomer [∗], and Alex Jones [∗], and also responds to certain kinds of conservatives with accusations that they get all of their talking points from the Cato & Heritage Institutes and that they “don’t know how to think”.
